23 Weeks down and about 17 to go!
Baby #2 is moving so much these days and you can feel it from the outside now. I really love this part of pregnancy. It still seems weird to me though that a little person is just hanging out inside of me sleeping most of the day. Will that ever not seem weird?
I have been thinking a lot about how to keep the baby as healthy as possible and what I need to work on. My midwife continually reminds me to eat lots of protein starting first thing in the morning. This is challenging for a major cereal lover like myself! Throughout the day I just don't really feel like eating much meat, so I have to look for other high protein alternatives. I am open to suggestions if anyone has some good recipes. I do love rice and beans! I am also wondering why it is so hard to take my vitamins as often as I should. I am lucky to get one in a day and it is a 3 a day vitamin!
On the up side, I continue to teach 6 fitness classes a week and still gain weight at a good rate. So at least I can say I am getting my exercise. (Sometimes more than I care for). Teaching a Pilates class during pregnancy sure is a humbling experience! I not sure I have a "power house" at the moment. It's more like a "fun house".
Better yet are my aerobics classes. Most of which I spend my time trying not to pee my pants. (LOL) Hey I guess that means I am doing my Kegel exercises after all!
